The service advisor understanded the issue and concerns I had, and overall, I believe that this customer-oriented practice keeps me closely with Pohanka Nissan as one of their long-term service consumers rather than push-services maximizing one-time opportunity. “ Drove there tonight like 50 miles away ready to buy a car. They sell certified pre-owned vehicles that comes with warranty’s from the manufacturer, Nissan. Then they add a pohanka protection plan and paint protection fee that is total BS because everything important is covered by Nissan. They refused to remove the “plan and paint protection” that adds over 2k to the car. It’s almost false advertising from how much the price is increased from the online price. They refuse to remove the stuff that should be optional from the price. I called and left a voicemail for the general manager Pam and have not heard anything. Very bad experience and waste of time. Don’t believe the price you see online. I will escalate the issues with Nissan Corporate depending on Pam’s response to the mandatory fees added that are not mentioned online in any disclaimers.
