Most recently, Stephanie was amazing — she explained everything clearly and was very honest, which I especially appreciated during the government shutdown when money is tight. There’s also a 49ers fan, a Cowboys fan, and I think a Raiders fan — all of them are awesome and take the time to make sure you understand what’s needed. The service techs and maintenance staff are just as professional. I know some people think dealerships are pricey, but I truly feel like you pay for what you get here. They don’t recommend things unnecessarily and are mindful of your financial situation. Even though I live in Richmond, VA and bought my vehicle in New York, I’ll continue coming back because of the service team. And when I’m ready for another vehicle, I’ll definitely purchase from here again. Highly recommend! ”

I went to a jiffy lube for an oil change and was led to believe I needed extra repairs. Three days later my car stalled on me. I then took it to Stafford as it was where I brought the car from.
