I went to a jiffy lube for an oil change and was led to believe I needed extra repairs. Three days later my car stalled on me. I then took it to Stafford as it was where I brought the car from. Then they add a pohanka protection plan and paint protection fee that is total BS because everything important is covered by Nissan. They refuse to remove the stuff that should be optional from the price. I called and left a voicemail for the general manager Pam and have not heard anything. Very bad experience and waste of time.
