“ I met with a tech that was knowledgeable and impressive being a lady. We both experienced being over charged by other repair companies. Which I had done before heading to them. I went to a jiffy lube for an oil change and was led to believe I needed extra repairs. Three days later my car stalled on me. I then took it to Stafford as it was where I brought the car from. We arrived and were promptly greeted by Frederic, our new favorite Service Manager. Frederic collected our info and the vehicle details then went to work. He stayed in contact with us about the status of parts and necessary services. That same day, we had an electronic and video copy of everything we needed AND the ability to approve or decline any services. It was awesome!! Frederic had our vehicle assessed on Saturday, parts in hand on Monday and we were on the road early Tuesday, with a fresh wash and shine!
