“ I met with a tech that was knowledgeable and impressive being a lady. We both experienced being over charged by other repair companies. Which I had done before heading to them. I went to a jiffy lube for an oil change and was led to believe I needed extra repairs. Three days later my car stalled on me. I then took it to Stafford as it was where I brought the car from. I trusted them more then the other guy. They checked my car and didn't charge me anything when all seemed o.k.! ”
“ I don’t normally write reviews on google, or better yet anywhere else; however, here we are… I live in PA but sometimes travel to Virginia to visit my girlfriend’s parents but when we got close I realized something with the oil was off. The car had started leaking its oil and I’m not gonna lie, it was our only car and I started freaking out! We ended up going to pohanka Nissan and was greeted by Stephanie, who had listened to my worries and completely reassured me! Turns out the problem was only an impacted screw that was causing the oil leak! I love how a lot of their business is accessible through text and email communications. At this location specifically their techs give you a quick summary in video format regarding status of inspection items and what services are recommended (based on time or otherwise). The write up is super convenient, as you get a list of all recommendations and the prices quoted for each service and you can choose to decline services without pressure. You'll know exactly what you'll be paying and not a cent more before you head in to pay to claim your vehicle. This here is THE standard for me. 100% recommend this place. ”

“ Absolutely SUPERB service! We called into the Pohanka Nissan Service Center on a Friday and easily scheduled our appointment for Saturday morning. We arrived and were promptly greeted by Frederic, our new favorite Service Manager. Frederic collected our info and the vehicle details then went to work. He stayed in contact with us about the status of parts and necessary services. That same day, we had an electronic and video copy of everything we needed AND the ability to approve or decline any services. It was awesome!! Frederic had our vehicle assessed on Saturday, parts in hand on Monday and we were on the road early Tuesday, with a fresh wash and shine! Thank you for everything, Frederic and for executing service as it should always be! Pohanka Nissan is the only place we’ll take our Nissan! ”
